Role of NCPWD in Kenya
The National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) was created in 2004 by the Kenyan government with the aim to develop and execute relevant policies that will project persons with disabilities to the National Economy.
It s on this note that applications are invited from qualified individuals for the roles of:
- Disability Services Officer (County Offices)
- Driver etc.

Requirements for NCPWD Recruitment 2025
The eligibility criteria, educational qualification, skills and competencies ideal candidates must possess are as follows:
1. Disability Services Officer
- Candidate must have a degree in any social science course.
- Must have graduated from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be a member of relevant professional body.
- Those with application professional certificates have an added advantage.
- At least four (4) years of experience is needed for this role.
- Candidate must possess good communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a computer literate and as well adhere to the requirements of chapter six (6) of the Kenyan constitution.
2. Driver
- Candidate must have a valid driving license and K.C.S.E D mean grade including English and Kiswahili languages.
- Trade test for Drivers Grade III.
- Must have First-Aid certificate course of not less than one (1) week from a recognized institution.
- Candidate must also adhere to the requirements of chapter six (6) of Kenyan constitution.
- Applicant must have good communication, organizational and public relation skills etc.
