Requirements for KLDC Recruitment 2025

Generally, irrespective of the position you’re applying for, it is mandatory that applicants must be Kenyan citizens with valid means of identification especially ones issued by government e.g. International passport, Driver’s license or National ID.

• Candidate should be a registered and active member of any relevant professional body. Management courses for at least four (4) weeks I mandatory.

2. Manager Capacity Building

• Only candidates either Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution can apply for this position.
• Course in both degree and master’s must be related to leather discipline.
• Applicant must be a computer literate, attend a management training course, be a member of relevant professional body and possess at least 10 years work experience.

3. Manager, Promotion and Marketing

• 10 years of relevant work experience is required.
• A bachelor and master’s degree from an approved academic institution is required.
• Management training for a at least four (4) weeks is required. Candidate must be a computer literate, possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
