Requirements for Energy Regulation Board Recruitment 2025
The basic requirements that makes you eligible to participate in ERB recruitment exercise are as follows:
- You must be a citizen of Zambia with valid National Identity Card.
- You must be residing in the country.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be able to speak and write English.
1. Program Officer
- Candidates interested in this position must have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Engineering, Law or other relevant academic discipline.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience is needed and two (2) of it must be in the energy sector.
- Candidate should be experienced in programme planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence.
- Must be a good team player, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Procurement Officer
- Persons applying for this role must have Full grade 12 certificate (minimum 5 credits) or equivalent.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in either Purchasing and Supplies or equivalent qualification.
- Applicant must be a member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
- At least four (4) years of relevant work experience is required.
3. Legal Intern
- Candidates for this post must have Grade 12 school certificate or equivalent.
- Possess a degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Proof of admission to ZIALE is an added advantage.
- Applicant must have not graduated earlier that January 2021.
