Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Basically, applying for any of these jobs, you must be a citizen of Zambia with valid National Identification Card or International passport, must not be less than eighteen (18) years old and currently reside in the country.

1. Project Coordinator

• Candidates aiming for this position must have a Master’s or Bachelor degree in either Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering or a relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution.
• Applicant should have good communication skills, expert in English writing and documentation software.
• Must possess at least eight (8) experience of work experience in public infrastructure projects.
• Should be experienced in project management.

2. Project Assistant

• Candidates applying for this position must have Grade 12 school certificate, and a Degree in either Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Should possess good interpersonal, communication and computer skills etc.
• Must be able to express self in both writing and spoken English.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as an intern in Project Implementation environment.
• Must have a good understanding of concepts and framework for monitoring and evaluation and result measurement.

3. Social Specialist

• Applicant must have a Grade 12 school certificate as well.
• Have a degree from a recognized institution in either Developmental Studies, Social Work, or Social sciences etc.
• Must have not less than five (5) years’ work experience in environmental and social management.
• Applicant must have good writing and analytical skills.
• Should be able to communicate in at least one local language.
• Must be familiar with relevant Government procedures and regulations etc.

4. Procurement Specialist

• Those interested in this position must have a master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply, Procurement, Commerce or Business Administration.
• Must be experienced in the field for at least five (5) years.
• Must be a good team member.
• Having experience of working on donor funded projects would be a plus.
• Good communication skills is required.
• Applicant must be a computer literate.
• Must be familiar with relevant Government procedures and regulations.
