Job Description and Responsibilities

As the Motor vehicle driver, you shall be driving the vehicle and ensuring full compliance with Kenyan traffic laws and NTSA regulations.
Ensure that timely maintenance is schedule for the vehicle.
Timely monitoring and reporting mechanical or any other issues.
Carry out daily inspection on the vehicle like checking of oil, brake fluid et before any trip.
Appropriate adherence to necessary safety measures and reporting of irregulars to supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicant must have a valid National Identity Card or Passport.
Must have K.C.S.E certificate with at least D+ mean grade or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Candidate must be proficient in both English and Kiswahili languages.
Those with training in either hospitality, customer service or communication have an added advantage.
Applicant must have current BCE class driving license issued by NYS.
Must have PSV license from NTSA.
Must have successfully complete the driver proficiency and suitability test.
Should have at least five (5) years of work experience.
Must have a criminal and accident free-record.
Must be medically and physically fit and adhere to the requirements of chapter (6) of the Kenya Constitution.
Key skills such as vehicle maintenance, record keeping, awareness of road regulations, and record keeping is key.
