1. Portfolio Management Officer

    As the portfolio manager, you will be in charge of timely preparation and submission of statutory reports and as well review changes to data values and meanings.

    • To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree from an approved university.
    • Must be professional with IFRS 9 and loan portfolio reporting.
    • Must be highly conversant with Microsoft Office packages, understand business development, core banking system especially Finacle system.

    2. Corporate Credit Analyst

      This office shall review credit proposals submitted by the business units and make informed decision on the same day. Will as well keep track of the records received etc.

      • At least five (5) years of experience in the banking industry is required.
      • Applicant must have a degree in Business administration or a closely related academic discipline from a recognized university.
      • Must have due knowledge of Banking Act, credit policies and prudential guidelines etc.
      • Outstanding credit risk underwriting skills is required.
      • Must be fully aware of business trends and the bank vision with regards to development and management of risk.

      3. Head, Corporate Credit Risk Analysis

        You shall have a close work with the Director to maintain a good credit risk management culture. This include observing oversight and approval of credit proposals.

        • Candidates applying must have a degree in Credit Management, Business Administration, Business Management or other relevant discipline.
        • A minimum of seven (7) years in credit analysis is required for this job.
        • Applicant must have a good understanding of Banking Act, Bank Operating procedures.
        • Possess outstanding communication, presentation and reporting skills.

        4. Digital & E-Channels Support Officer

        As the Digital & E-Channels Support Officer, you’re vested with the responsibility of managing digital and e-channel systems to advance business efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. Troubleshooting, training and maintenance of system uptime/efficiency is also pivotal.

        • Getting qualified for this position requires that you have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from an advanced university.
        • We require applicants that have at least two (2) years experience in competitive Digital Channels and Payment environment.
        • Ability to work with Linux and Unix properly is key.
        • Also having experience in Message Queuing Systems like IBM MQ, JMS and ActiveMQ is mandatory.

        5. Direct Sales Representative

        As Kenya Co-operative Bank direct sales representative, your duties include advocating Sacco’s products to both existing and ideal customers. This process shall include generating leads, registering new members and ensure that the onboarding process is without fault.

        • Applicants of this role must have at least Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or certificate in any discipline

        • You must be fluent in both writing and speaking English, while Kiswahili would be an added advantage.

        6. Business Development Officer

        The Business Development Officer will be responsible for financial perspective, customer perspective, internal processes, learning and growth etc.

        • Applicants for this position must have a Degree in either Business, Marketing or Management.
        • Not less than three (3) years experience is demanded.
        • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of SASRA regulation is mandatory.
        • Having professional certificate in Marketing is important.
