• Most importantly, he or she must be a computer literate.

2. Director, East African School of Aviation

• To get employed for this position, some of the personal qualities, competence and skills needed are; analytical skills, communication skills, leadership skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, then strategic and creative thinking skill.
• You must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of working experience relevant to your discipline, occupying management positions inclusive.

• He or she must have a Bachelor and Master degree in any of these disciplines; Geography, English, Social Science, Physical Science or Aviation Management from a standard tertiary institution.
• Applicant must have completed aviation safety inspection courses an ICAO accredited institution.
• Your ability and merit must be reflective on your work performance and results.
• Also, you must have a safety management certification and management course of not less than 4 weeks both from recognized institutions.
