Requirements for KenTrade Jobs 2025

1. Director of Trade Facilitation
- Applicants of this position must have a Master’s and Bachelor degree in relevant fields like Commerce, Economics etc. from qualified institutions.
- Candidate must be experienced in trade facilitation for at least 12 years.
- Out of the 12 years, seven (7) must have been in managerial positions.
- Membership with relevant professional bodies is a plus.
- Candidate must have attended a leadership course of not less than four (4) weeks.
- Adhering to chapter 6 of Kenya constitution is mandatory.
2. Product and Application Development Officer
- Candidate must be experienced in not less than two (2) years especially with regards to Product & application development.
- Bachelors degree and other qualification in Software programming or relevant discipline is accepted.
- Meet the requirements of chapter 6.
3. System Analyst
- Qualification as Public Accountant of Kenya is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information system, Accounting, or Finance from an approved institution is required.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Applicant must be certified in Information Systems Audit.
- Professional membership with Institute of Auditors and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) is necessary.
