Eligibility Criteria

Requirements for MMMD Recruitment 2025

Outside the general eligibility criteria, below are the position based qualifications, competencies and skills demanded for announced vacancies.

1. Head, Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative

• Candidates applying for this position must have direct experience in research and development, as well as project management.
• Grade twelve (12) certificate is a must-have.
• Candidate must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Finance or Business Administration, Business Management, Finance or any other relevant academic discipline.
• Candidates applying for this role must not be more than 35 years old.
• Possess good writing, managerial, organizational, management and communication skills is an added advantage.

2. Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist

• Applicant of this position must have a grade twelve school certificate.
• Degree in either Environmental Sciences, Natural Sciences, Engineering or a closely relate field.
• Having at least five (5) years’ experience is an added advantage.
• Possess good communication, organizational, computer skills is a plus.

3. Education and Awareness Officer

• Persons interested in this vacancy must have a Grade 12 school certificate and Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology or closely related field.
• Your degree must be education related e.g. B.Ed.
• Candidates with active registration and practicing certificate from the Teaching Council of Zambia have an added advantage.
• A total of 5 years post graduate work experience in the education sector is required.
• Ideal candidate must have experience in donor funded projects.
• ICT skills, communication skills, good team player, interpersonal and writing skills are key attributes needed.
