Requirements for Geothermal Development Company Recruitment 2025
- Candidates applying for this recruitment must be a Kenyan citizen with valid National Identity Card or Passport.
- Candidate must be above the age of 18 years.

1. Manager of Corporate Planning
- To qualify for this position, you must have a Master’s and Bachelor degree in either Commerce, Economics, Project Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering etc.
- Must have nothing less than twelve (12) years of relevant work experience.
- You must have attended a management course that lasted for at least four (4) weeks.
- Been a registered and active member of relevant professional bodies is a plus.

2. Manager of Supply Chain Management
- To qualify for this ran, you attain a total of 12 years work experience either in the Public or Private sector. Note that your experience must be relevant to this position.
- Educational qualification of Master’s and Bachelor degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
- To affirm your authenticity, registration with Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or Chartered Institute of Purchasing (CIPS) is mandatory.
- You must be conversant with relevant computer software.
- Ability to be a good team player, possess good communication and analytical skills is key.
3. Company Secretary & General Manager, Legal Services
This vacancy demands that applicant possess a Master’s and Bachelor degree of Law from an approved institution in Kenya.
- You must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience including upholding managerial positions.
- Applicant must be a certified secretary through registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Candidate must currently be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
