Is NSCDC Recruitment Ongoing for 2025?

No, NSCDC Recruitment form is not yet out. The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has not officially publish a release date for the 2025 recruitment exercise although recently public notice was recently aired by the secretary of the entity disclosing information on the recruitment exercise, including the deadline, positions, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.

Requirements & Qualifications for NSCDC Recruitment 2025

Note that, there are tricks to joining the government agency, NSCDC, and that is meeting the following requirements;

• You must be Nigerian by birth or the country ancestry
• Possession of the requisite qualifications are required. Any certificate or qualification not presented and accepted at the recruitment center shall not be accepted after the recruitment.
• It is compulsory that you must be fit and present a Certificate of Medical Fitness from any recognized Government Hospital.
• Candidate applying must be of good character and must not have been convicted of any criminal offense.
• He or she must not be a member of a secret society, cult or drug addict, or affiliated to any.
• Zero involvement in any financial embarrassment. Be it in the past or present.
• As a male applicant, your expected height is nothing less than 1.65m and 1.60m for female applicants.
• Applicant’s chest measurement must not be less than 0.87 for men.
• Computer literacy will be an added advantage.

Job Vacancies at NSCDC

NSCDC is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for full time appointment to fill the vacancies in the following positions below:

i. Corps Assistant (CAIII), Driver / Mechanic / Artisan – CONPASS 03:

• A holder of a Trade Test Grade II (Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricians etc). National Driver’s License is required

ii. Corps Assistant (CAII), Driver / Mechanic / Artisan – CONPASS 04:

• Trade Test Grade II (Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricians etc) holder and a National Driver’s License

iii. Corps Assistant (CAIII) – CONPASS 03:

• GCE Ordinary level, SSCE / NECO with a minimum of five (5) credits or Trade Test Grade III.

iv. Corps Assistant (CAII) – CONPASS 04:

• GCE Ordinary level, SSCE / NECO with a minimum of 5 credits including English and Mathematics.

v. Inspector of Corps (IC) – CONPASS 07:

• NCE holder or its equivalent in any related field, obtained from any recognized institution

vi. Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC) – CONPASS 06:

• National Diploma (ND) in any related field, obtained from any recognized Polytechnic/Institution.
