Below are the position based requirements which must be met in addition to the above.
1. Renewable Energy Specialist
- Applicants of this role must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Renewable Energy or Engineering from a recognized institution in Zambia.
- He or she must possess good project management skills.
- No experience is required but those with at least two (2) years of relevant experience ehave an added advantage.
- Applicant must be proficient in relevant computer packages.
2. Customer Service Representative
- Candidates going for this role must have a Diploma in Business Administration or a closely related academic discipline.
- Certification must be from an accredited tertiary institution in Zambia.
- Must possess good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skill.
- This is an entry level job so no experience is required.
3. Procurement Officer
- Applicant must have first degree from an approved University vetted by relevant authority.
- Must have a Grade 12 school certificate.
- Registration with relevant authorities like Zambia Institute Purchasing d Supply (ZIPS) and currently practicing license is vital.
- Must have at least 6 years’ experience in procurement management.
- Have adequate understanding of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020.
- Must possess good communication skills and be a team player.
4. Procurement Manager
- Applicants of this position must have a Bachelor’s degree and Grade 12 school certificate.
- Must be a registered member of ZIPS and also have a valid license.
- Should have an overall 10 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Must be conversant with MS packages, ERP and e-GP systems.
5. Principal Engineer
- A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.
- Registration with Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) is mandatory.
- Must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Should be proficient in data analysis.
- Possess good communication skills and good team player.
