1. Senior Service Delivery Officer, Mobile Money

Job Description:
As the Senior Service Delivery Officer, you will be overseeing the seamless and efficient customer service in relation to Mobile Money operation challenges. This further involves involves providing support, resolving issues, and collaborating with other units to enhance the overall customer experience. Also, you will ensure the efficient maintenance and stability of Mobile Money platform as well as other Finserve products.
Qualification:
To become eligible for this position, you must have a degree from an accredited university, a minimum of three (3) years experience, understand team management, lead service delivery operations (SLAs) and possess good communication skills. Also having expertise in real-time transaction and incident management is necessary.
2. Senior Operations Officer-Retail
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

As the Senior operations officer, you will oversee the daily back-office management of Digital Financial Services (DFS) agents to ensure nothing goes wrong. This includes coming up with the right implementation strategies to handle second-level escalation for customer complaints.
In other words, this position stands as a link between the field operations, technology, and customer service teams, thereby ensuring a smooth experience for DFS agents, merchants, and end-users while optimizing operational efficiency and support.
Qualification:
This role demands that applicant hold a degree from an approved University or Polytechnic, have relevant years of experience, good interpersonal and communication skills. Those with Post-graduates or Master’s have an added advantage.
