The 2025 KPMG East Africa Graduate Recruitment is open and will be closing today Monday, 5th May 2025. We are accepting applications for the 2025 graduate program. Applications for the 2025 graduate recruitment program will close on 5 May 2025.
The KPMG graduate recruitment program, seeks to identify and attract ambitious, focused and high performing fresh graduates to a world of unlimited opportunities. Through exposure to best practices and practical engagement in the corporate world. This is with an intention to enhance existing knowledge and tap to the potential they have demonstrated through our exciting recruitment process.

Kenya
Graduating Class
- Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025
University Grade
- Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 and above
High School Grade
- Minimum B in KCSE with B in English & Math or Equivalent IGCSE and American system grading
Specialisation
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Rwanda
Graduating Class
- Graduating Year: 2024 and 2025
University Grade
- Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 or a Cumulative average of 70% and above
High School Grade
- Minimum of B in three principal subjects of Rwanda Advanced Certificate of Education (A2)
Specialisation
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Tanzania
Graduating Class
- Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025
University Grade
- Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.5 and above
High School Grade
- Minimum of division 2 at O’ Level and Minimum B in CSSE and B in English & Math
Specialisation
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Uganda
Graduating Class
- Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025
University Grade
- Second Class Upper/CGPA of 4.0 and above
High School Grade
- Credits in Maths & English and a minimum of 14 points at A- Level
Specialisation
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Other requirements:
- 2024 and 2025 graduates in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda must have completed course work and project by August 2025 and must have a completion letter from the university.
- Professional qualifications are an added advantage.
- Candidates who have undertaken international exams at the high school level are also eligible to apply.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- International languages will be an added advantage.
