Requirements for Zambia Tourism Agency Recruitment 2025
- Candidates interested in any of the above must be a Zambian citizen with a valid government issued identity card.
- Applicant must have Grade Twelve (12) school certificate.
- Currently reside in the country.
- Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills etc.
1. Chief Standards Officer
- Applicants of this role are expected to have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
- A total of ten (10) relevant work experience including managerial position is needed.
- Applicant must be proficient in relevant computer applications as well.
2. Tourism Promotions Officer
- If employed, you will be reporting directly to the Manager of Digital Marketing and Branding. To qualify, you must:
- Have a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.
- Have full form V or Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Studied Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related course from a recognized university.
- Must be a registered and active member of Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
- Very importantly, candidate must be able to prepare technical and analytical reports etc.
3. Infrastructure Assistant
- Candidates interested in this role must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a qualified university.
- Having more up to 5 years’ experience relevant to this position is key.
- Experience in working on a donor funded projects or tourism related infrastructure planning is key.
- Applicant must be a registered member of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) and Engineers Registration Board with valid practicing license.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills I necessary.
- Proficient in computer packages like AutoCAD, Power Point, and Microsoft Project etc.
