Requirements for World Vision Recruitment 2025
1. Community Mobilizers
Duties shall include joining with relevant partners in the county and community to advance implementation and assessment to inform research design. To quality for this position, below are the criteria you must meet.
- A degree or Diploma in Natural Resource Management or any other relevant discipline.
- Possess at least two (2) years experience.
- Good communication and computer application skills is required.
- Must be experience in dealing with cross-cultural sensitivity.
2. Senior Project Manager
As the project manager, you will be responsible for developing project plans including the resource and budgets needed.
- Candidates applying must have a degree or equaling qualification in ICT.
- Must be a certified Project Manager.
- Should understand project management methodology such as PMP, AGILE, PRINCE 2 etc.
- Gaining experience for 5 years is an added advantage.
3. Director of Cloud Strategy
Orchestration and execution of design strategies to ensure cloud environment aligns with long-term business objectives.
- To qualify for this role, you need a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology.
- Must have acquired over 10 years of experience and must be an expert in AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.
- Good communication skills, strategic mindset and complying with cloud security measures are key.
