TotalEnergies Young Graduate Trainee Program 2025 is open to all interested and qualified youths and fresh graduate in Kenya. As a company focused on excellence, the program seeks to nurture and prepare young talents through a structured training and capacity building model.
Applications for the 2025 TotalEnergies Young Graduate Trainee Program is ongoing and if you’re a recent graduate from a recognized institution passionate about learning and professional experience at either local or international level then this program is for you.
The YGT program is schedule to run for One Year-Six Months (18 months). It will begin first with a 6-mont training at the local level and then 12-month international assignment within African continent.

Requirements for TotalEnergies Young Graduate Trainee Program 2025
Age & Nationality: Applicant must be at least 26 years old and hail from Kenya with a valid National Identification Card or Passport etc.
Education: Interested applicant must have an upper second-class honours within the last two (2) years from a recognized institution in either Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Law (LLB), Data Analytics, Statistics etc.
Other qualifications: B-plus Mean Grade in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
Documents: KCSE certificate, National ID Card, Degree Certificate, Master’s certificate is applicable, other relevant professional certificates.
Key Competencies: Good team spirit, must be adaptable, innovative and creative, result oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation nd potential leadership skill.
