After the interview process was complete between 15th to 30th January 2025, candidates have been awaiting the release of final names and today 18th February 2025. We’re glad to notify you that NNPC recruitment final list of successful candidates is out.

1. Supervisory Cadre
- Applicant of this position must have professional and leadership experience for at least five (5) years.
- Must be a first class/distinction of either Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- Applicants with Second-Class lower division must have Master’s degree.
- Candidates must have a clear understanding of NNPC business goals.
- Orchestrate and execute policies and strategies for excellent performance
- Must be a good leader driving team for maximum performance and development.
2. Graduate Trainee
Candidates interested in this role:
- Must be between the ages of 18 to 28 years.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- First class/Distinction division is required.
- Candidates with second class must have a Master’s degree to commiserate
- Applicant must have graduated between 2019 and 2023
- Completion of NYSC programme is mandatory.
- Applicant must be willing to support the execution of organization processes for optimum performance.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a good team player.
