Requirements for Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security Recruitment 2025

- Generally, all interested candidates must have a valid National Identity Card or Passport.
- Must be above 18 years of age.
- Should be a law abiding citizen.
- Must have at least a Grade Twelve (12) certificate etc.
1. Project Coordinator, Lusaka
- You need a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Economics, Development Studies, Human Rights, Project Management or any other relevant discipline from an accredited university.
- To qualify for this post, you must have at least eight (8) years post-graduation experience in managing donor financed projects.
- You must have experience in planning, executing and monitoring projects in disciplined communities Zambia.
- Applicant must have good understanding of functional governmental procedures.
- Must possess good communication, organization, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
2. Financial Management Specialist, Lusaka
- Candidates applying for this role must have a Master’s or Bachelor degree in either Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Accounting or other relevant discipline.
- Candidate should have professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIMA, or ZICA.
- Been a registered and active member of ZICA is mandatory.
- Overall, you must have a minimum of five (5) experience of professional work experience in financial management.
- You must have ideas and practical knowledge of diverse public financial management systems or public expenditure management.
- Applicant must be conversant with Microsoft Office packages.
3. Procurement Specialist, Lusaka
- Interested candidate must have a Master’s and Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
- Been a member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) is mandatory.
- At least five (5) years of experience in the procurement area is required.
- Applicant must have knowledge and experience of technical, commercial and legal aspects of procurement of the World Bank etc.
