Requirements for KWAL Recruitment 2025

• Professional qualifications such as Quality Management Systems, Lead Auditor (FSSC 22000 V.6.), Supplier development & management, Digital Data Management etc. are added advantage.
• Must be conversant with MS packages and ERP systems.

2. On Trade (HORECA) Manager

• Applicant must be a graduate of Communications, Business Administration, Marketing etc. Having a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Must have current driving license.
• Additional professional certifications in Marketing is an added advantage.
• It important to have an accumulative experience of six (6) years with two (2) years in management position.

3. Buyer, Supply Chain

• Interested candidates must have a Bachelor in Purchasing and Supplies, Accounting and or a closely related discipline.
• Professional qualification in procurement and logistics is a plus.
• A minimum of five (5) years experience in procurement environment.
• He or she must know how to use Microsoft Office packages.

4. Quality Management System Specialist

• Candidates interested in this role must have a Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or closely related discipline.
• Applicant must have professional qualification like occupational health and safety practitioner, Qualified quality systems management practitioner etc.
• Good experience in food manufacturing environment for at least five (5) years.
• Manufacturing experience or FMGG industry is a plus.

5. Commercial Support Executive

• Candidates applying for this role must have graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution.
• Applicant must possess at least few years of work experience especially as relating to this role.
• Should be willing to work with existing team.
• Must possess good communication skills.

6. Inventory & Fixed Assets Support

• Persons applying for this role must be a graduate of Business related discipline.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is required.
• Candidate should be a professional accountant with qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or CFA.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicant should have experience in finance function especially in an FMCG environment.
