When is Tourism Fund Recruitment 2025 Starting & Ending?
According to the official recruitment advert by the management of Kenya Tourism Fund (TF), the ongoing intake is starting from Wednesday, 16th April till Friday, 2nd May 2025. This means that persons interested in the above vacancies must apply within the specified period.
General Eligibility Criteria
- Only Kenyan citizens with valid National Identity Card or Passport are eligible to apply.
- Candidate must understand and adhere to the requirements of chapter 6 of Kenya constitution.
- Must have at least D mean grade in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) including English and Kiswahili languages.
- Candidate must be proficient in relevant computer packages.

Requirements for Tourism Fund Job Vacancies 2025
1. Deputy Director, Quality Management Assurance and Risk
Education: Applicant of this role must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, Public Relations, Business Development, Public Policy, Statistics, Public Administration.
Experience: We expect that applicants of this vacancy must have 3 years’ experience in managerial positions and seven (7) in other positions, making it a total of ten (10) years experience.
Professional qualification: Membership with relevant professional organization is mandatory. Candidate must have also attended a management course of not less than four (4) weeks from an accredited institutions.
2. Deputy Director, Information Communication Technology
Education: To get appointed for this role, a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering etc. from an approved institution is required.
Professional Qualification: Candidate must have either Microsoft Certification as System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Certified Information System Management (CISM) etc. Must also be a member of relevant professional body and as well attended management course training at least 4 weeks.
Experience: Both supervisory positions and other work experience should surmount to at least 10 years.
3. Deputy Director, Legal Services and Board Co-ordination
Experience: Interested persons must have 10 years of relevant work experience.
Education: A master’s (LLM) and Bachelor’s (LLB) degree of law or Social Sciences, Business Administration or other relevant academic discipline from a qualified institution.
A postgraduate Diploma in Law (Advocates Training Programmes) from Kenya School of Law is required. Must be admission to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya.
Professional qualification: Applicant must have relevant professional qualification and must as well be a member of Law Society of Kenya (LSK) as we as management court of at least 4 years.
