Eligibility for Kenya Airways Recruitment 2025

• Applicant must be a Kenyan citizen.
• A valid national ID or passport is required.
• You should have at least D+ mean grade in KCSE including English and Kiswahili languages.
• Candidates with Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualifications from recognized institution can apply.
• Those applying for Upholstery Shop should have a vendor training and holds government trade test 2 in tailoring and dress making.
• Applicants should be proficient in computer applications.
• Candidates with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience have an added advantage.

• Adhering to the requirements of chapter six (6) of the constitution is mandatory.

Qualifications Needed for Each Position

Below are position based requirements, qualifications and skills.

1. Interline Coordinator, Kenya Airways

In summary, you shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate Cargo Interline Accounting records, and financial reports that will guide the management decision making. To qualify for this role:

• You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a closely related field.
• You must be knowledgeable of Cargo Revenue Accounting.
• Having CPA Part II would be an added advantage.
• You must be proficient in using relevant financial accounting system.
• Being skillful in Data Analysis is a plus.
• Having at least two (2) year experience in the airline industry is a plus.
• Good communication skills is as well pivotal.
• Applicant must be a good team player and result oriented individual.

2. Quality and Safety Land, Fahari Aviation

It shall be your duty to ensure that the best standards of quality and safety across all aspects of Fahari Aviation’s operation is uphold.

This will include quality management, safety management, regulatory compliance, training and development, training and development as well as continuous improvement.

The criteria set out for this position are as follows.

• You should have first degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical etc. from an accredited institution.
• Completing training in quality and safety management course recognized by the authority is mandatory.
• Applicant should be conversant with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) operations.
• Must be proficient in active Civil Aviation Regulations.
• An overall work experience of at least seven (7) years including managing people and being in a quality department and holding a supervisory role etc. is needed.
• Additionally, you should possess good interpersonal, analytical, project management and communication skills.

3. Assistant Accountant, Credit Control

You shall be responsible for updating customers account by attaching receipts to open invoices and issue statements to customers while reconciling their account to support the company’s collection process.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business discipline is required.
• CPA II or equivalent ACCA is required.
• Candidate must have had at least one (1) year of practical experience in Finance.

4. Head of Technical Material Management

Whoever occupies this position will be responsible for managing and organizing materials, providing effectively spare aircraft inventory of schedule and unscheduled maintenance. Below are the criteria applicants of this position must adhere.

• Having a fist degree in either Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering etc. from an approved and recognized university is mandatory.
• Candidates with Master of Business Administration (MBA) have an added advantage.
• Candidates applying for this position must have process improvement facilitator training.
• Have vast work experience as relating to aircraft materials management or inbound supply chain for at least 5 years.
• An additional work experience as aircraft engineer and maintenance is necessary for five (5) years as well.

5. Medical Officer

The medical officer would be expected to provide clinical care of high-quality service and standard to desired patients. The requirements or criteria you must meet are:

• Must have graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from a standard tertiary institution.
• Applicant of this position must have a valid registration certificate issued by Kenya Medical Practitioner & Dentists Council.
• Candidates who may have training in Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) have an added advantage.
• Additional to these, a minimal of five (5) years’ work experience as Medical Officer Post internship is required.

6. Security Training Coordinator

The person occupying this position will be responsible for planning, executing and maintaining security training to ensure it goes in pari passu with the airline training program.

• Applicant must therefore have at least a Diploma in any relevant academic discipline.
• He or she must have attended the Basic123 Aviation Security and possess two (2) years of operational experience.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and Information Technology knowledge.

7. Security Training Officer

This officer will help organize aviation security training programs to foster the organizational and individual capacity to ensure optimal performance.

• A Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is needed.
• Training approval or certification from relevant authority such as KCAA or ICAO.
• Candidate must have the Basic 123 aviation security.
• Applicant must understand the intricacies of interpersonal communications.
• He or she must possess good knowledge of ICT and specifically be good working on Power Point.

Kenya Airways Recruitment Process

Kenya Airways recruitment exercise consists of different stages and it is candidates who sail through all these phases that shall be offered employment.
