Requirements for JSC Internship 2025/2026
Generally, candidates are expected to be Kenya citizen and at least 18 years old with valid National Identification Card or Passport.
1. Office Administrator
- Applicants of this role must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Office Administration.
- Must be skillful in relevant computer applications.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Building & Civil Engineering
- Candidate must have a Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering.
3. Records Management
Those applying for this role must have Diploma in Records Management from a recognized institution and also certificate n computer studies.
4. Library Services
- A National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Library Services from an accredited institution is required.
- Candidate must also be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office etc.
5. Supply Chain Management
Applicant must have a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
6. Information Communication Technology
A Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from a recognized institution is required.
7. Office Administration
Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Office Management or a closely related discipline is required. Certification must be from an accredited institution.
8. Construction Management
Candidates applying for this role must have a Degree either in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering. Those with Construction or Project Management degree can apply as well.
9. Architectural Services
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies or closely related discipline.
10. ICT Security
Applicants of this position are expected to have graduated with a Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) etc.

- Attach copies of relevant documents
- Preview your application and then submit.

You will not be requested to undergo any form of medical examination by the commission, canvassing with the application form leads to automatic disqualification, also only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted.
JSC Internship 2025 Application Dates
Officially, interested applicants are to submit application for the Judicial Service Commission intern positions starting from Friday, 25th May 2025 to Thursday, 8th May 2025. Those who cannot complete their application online within the said date shall be disqualified.
