After the closure of the recruitment portal on 25th April 2025, candidates have seeking to know the next step. The latest news on Uganda Education Service Commission (ESC) is that the names of successful candidates have been clustered and published as PDF on the official website www.esc.go.ug.

How to Check ESC Uganda Shortlisted Candidates PDF

Officially, the names of shortlisted candidates for interview were released on Thursday, 15th May 2025. Persons who submitted application are to confirm their schedule for the oral interview. To get this done:

• Visit the official website www.esc.go.ug
• Click job adverts on the menu
• Then select cluster oral interview shortlist
• Download the PDF, open and carefully search for your name.

Note that the shortlist is segmented into clusters as listed below.

ESC Oral Interview Dates & Venue 2025

All successful candidates are to report for oral interview in Kampala, Sesemat Hostel, Kololo Senior Secondary School from 19th to 23rd May 2025 at 8:00am daily.

Ensure when coming to the interview, you bring original copies of your academic, professional certificates, National ID, transcript and other supporting documents.

It is important you avail yourself as schedule as failure to adhere till lead to disqualification because rescheduling will not be accepted.

Candidates whose names are not on the list are unfortunately unsuccessful. The interview process is free of charge and no form of canvassing is permitted.
