Requirements for EBK Recruitment 2025
Generally, applicants must hail from Kenya and also have a valid means of identification such as National Identity Card or Passport. Meanwhile, below are the position specific requirements.
1. Manager, Finance and Accounts
- Candidates applying for this role must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Business Management etc. from a recognized institution.
- Candidate must have an accumulative eight (8) years’ experience.
- Must be a certified Public Accountant CPA (K)
- Must be registered member of professional body such as CPA, ACCA.
Must have attended a management course of at least four (4) weeks. - Must be proficient in computer applications and as well fulfil the requirements of chapter 6 of the constitution.
2. Manager, Human Resource and Development
- Candidates applying must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have at least eight (8) years of accumulative experience.
- Must have a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and be a registered member of the Institute of HRM.
- Must have a valid practicing license and management course certificate.
3. Director, Policy, Research and Strategy
- Applicant must have at least 10 years’ experience.
- Must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering, Economics or Statistics.
- Must be a member of relevant professional body.
- Have certificate in leadership or management course.
- Be proficient in computer applications and fulfil the requirements of chapter six (6) of the constitution.
