- Managing Director
To qualify for this position:
- The Public Service Commission requires a fifteen years experience. Part of which must be in senior management levels.
- First degree and Masters in either Social Science, Strategic Management, Economics, Business Administration etc is required.
- The above required qualification must be from a recognized Kenya institution.
- Furthermore, candidates applying for this role must have attended a management and leadership course and as well have experience of strategic management.
- Applicant must be a member of relevant professional body and as well adhere to the requirements of chapter six (6) of Kenya constitution.
- Applicant must possess the capability to develop and implement strategic plans to develop and sustain Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
- Must be a strategic thinker and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal networking skills.
Official Responsibilities

- You will provide leadership to senior management and staff.
- You will oversee communication and implementation of relevant strategies.
- You shall serve as the link between the Board and Management.
